If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, you must inform me by email: julie.wetenhall@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in perfect condition in the orginal packaging. Please return you purchase through Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured. Upon receipt of the item, in accordance with the above, I will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the item. Excluding Postage and Packing.
