Plein Air Paintings
& Sketchbooks
I often paint or sketch plein air when out walking. I use my sketchbooks like a diary, annotating the pictures as I draw to remember the moment, colour, sound, feeling, even temperture. They are where I look back when I create the larger finished artworks as moments of inspiration and creativity. Some of my Plein Air Paintings are available to buy, see the painting pages.
